ClickSync is a synchronization service that connects HubSpot CRM deal data with ClickUp project management tasks. The service runs automatic sync cycles and provides field mapping, bidirectional updates, and sync activity logging.

person2. Account Requirements

To use ClickSync, you must have active accounts with both HubSpot and ClickUp. You authorize ClickSync to access these accounts via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot and ClickUp accounts.

payments3. Free and Paid Plans

ClickSync offers a free plan (1 sync pair, 100 records) and a Pro plan ($29/month, unlimited sync pairs and records). Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Free plan users may be subject to additional limitations as the service evolves.

credit_card4. Payment Terms

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. No refunds are provided for partial months.

check_circle5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer the service, use it to violate any law, attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions, or use the service in a way that negatively impacts other users.

shield6. Data and Privacy

Your use of ClickSync is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that ClickSync reads and writes data in your HubSpot and ClickUp accounts as configured by you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to sync the data you configure.

cloud7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on the availability of HubSpot and ClickUp APIs. We are not responsible for downtime or sync failures caused by third-party API outages, rate limiting, or changes.

warning8. Limitation of Liability

ClickSync is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, data corruption, missed syncs, or business losses arising from the use of this service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

block9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may disconnect your accounts and stop using the service. We may terminate your access for violation of these terms with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
